Menu with #
-
When we are on the homepage and we click a section in the menu, the URL stays http://www.mypage.com. When we are on the blog page, and we click on ‘Home’ for example in the primary menu, the URL in the browser becomes http://www.mypage.com/#hero. When we press a different section, the link doesn’t change. It stays http://www.mypage.com/#hero. Our menu consists of all the sections + some onepage.
What can we do about it? We want the URL to be http://www.mypage.com when u go from the blog back to the homepage. It isn’t possible to change the link to http://www.mypage.com because we want the link in the menu to go to a specific section, but we don’t want the http://www.mypage.com/#hero to stay as the URL for the whole user session.

we have the same Problem, since WP 5.6. If we login in our Backend it works, but if we loged out not ;-( … please fix it!
I experienced the same problem. I am running WordPress 5.6. and the menu items (with the “#” for jumping between the frontpage sections) only work when I am logged in on the WP dashboard. As soon I logout, nothing happens when you click the menu-items. Please a solution for this issue ASAP. (I am running the latest version of the OnePress theme 2.2.5 and all my plugins are up to date).
My question is different read it again please.
