Menu won’t open

We are using the Panoramic professional theme. Mobile menu was working fine until some recent updates. Now the menu (left menu or right) on the mobile does not open the submenus. It just greys out the page. I have installed the latest update today and it is still doing the same thing. Until this can be resolved I have disabled the plug-in. How can this be fixed? Thanks.
