Menuitem Options empty

    Hello,

    I’ve just installing your plugin for testing purpose.

    I’m currently unable to access MenuItem option (mega menu menu button on menuitem). The opening overlay stay empty after the loading animation.

    No error in JS console or from PHP, others settings works ( e.g General options, etc…).

    My menu is correctly affected by the default theme settings when I enable MMM in my menu.

    Hi BR,

    This is usually due to a conflict with another plugin that includes colorbox on the nav-menus.php page.

    Please can you go to Appearance > Menus and view the page source. Then search for ‘colorbox’ and see if you can see any other plugins that are enqueuing colorbox on that page?

    Hi Guillaume,

    Please can you let me know which plugin is causing the problem?

    Some plugins include their scripts on every admin page (even where they are not needed). Ideally the conflicting plugin itself should be updated so that it only includes the scripts on the pages where they’re needed, but it’s usually easier for me to fix things from this end (like this: https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/browser/megamenu/trunk/classes/nav-menus.class.php#L147 )

    sorry for the delay, the plugin was Cart Product Feed by ExportFeed.com.
