Menus & Links to HTTP pages from HTTPS page

I have enabled HTTPS on select pages, such as: https://yunnanmarathon.com/register/

The rest of the site does not need HTTPS. How do you make sure the links are contextually correct form the HTTPS page to HTTP links use http:// instead of https:// ?

For example, the breadcrumb at the top, going back to the home page is using https when it should use http. The side menu was doing the same, but I’ve created a duplicate menu that forces http for now. You can also see the bottom footer links still use https for all links.

Is there a way to make this work automatically without having to create a duplicate set of menus, widgets and templates?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
