Merge the "Default" and "Theme" sections?

    It was nicer when you just clicked “Typograhy” and got a list of all the sections you can change. Now that it’s split between “Default” and “Theme” it can be difficult to use because you may forget that e.g. “Heading 2” is in Default but “List Items” is in Theme.

    It seems like a strange change to make.

    Is there any way to change this back please?
