mergetags not working

    the mergetags are not working. the output url stays the same:
    ?gf_pdf=1&fid={form_id}&lid={entry_id}&template=default-template.php
    this is what i get when i click the download pdf button.

    also in the confermation when i just put in mergetags to show they just show as the tag in my confermation not as the data they should retrieve.

    Can anyone help me with this?

    It sounds like there’s a problem with Gravity Forms converting your merge tags. You’ll want to get merge tags working in your form’s confirmation message before you try create a PDF download URL. I recommend getting in touch with Gravity Forms support for assistance.

    i understand. its really frustrating, because i can still view the pdf from the back end.
    But without the mergetags my customers cant download it.
