Merging Contacts

    When the same person fills out more than one form using two different email addresses, they may not be matched to their original contact profile. It looks like there’s no way to merge contacts — is that right? Consider this a feature request then.

    If the contact comes back on two different devices we do automatically merge two profiles that fill out a form with the same email address, but right now we don’t have a way to manually merge to profiles together. It’s an interesting feature request though so I added it to our backlog and I’ll reach back out to you as we discuss it more.
