Merging Two Profiles

I have two profiles on profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn, but I can’t seem to find a tool to merge the two profiles.

http://profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn/arno_esterhuizen/ needs to be merged into http://profiles.ww.wp.xz.cn/arnoesterhuizen/.

Can someone point me in the right direction for merging this?
