did you enable responsive in customizer->general->misc? if you take the time to explore or test the theme, you should notice the responsive options.

    Thank Richie,

I’ve already enable this responsive mode, and do many thing such as de-activate all plug in, change to other theme then re-install mesocolumm them, clear all cache, clear custom css…but not success.
One strange thing is the mobile screen at Preview mode (in customize appearance) working good, but it different when search in normal.

yeap. seem like it. i’ve browse your site and its not responsve in mobile. but ok in desktop, scale to mobile width. not likely a theme issue. maybe your server side setting cannot detect mobile agent.

maybe disable css minify, that’s seem to be the issue in most cases involve mobile view.

    Hi Richie,
I had go to W3 total cache, do something: disable CSS, swap Auto to Manual…but not sucess.
Then I’ve decided to deactivate W3 total cache plug in, and it is work!
    My mobile responsive come back!
Thank you for your promt support!
Now I’m looking for another plug in to replace W3 total cache.

you just need to disable minify on w3tc plugin. alternate would be rocket cache or wp-cache plugin
