Message Delivery

@topgeek so I just did I test and it stated the message had been sent successfully. Looking at this thread, it could be blocked IP addresses or the fact you’re trying to use a free email service such as Hotmail, outlook.com or Live: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/office-365/your-message-wasn-t-delivered-because-the-recipient-s-email/m-p/689491

Microsoft does not support their free email services through the Graph mail API.

@topgeek I’d download the check and log email plugin for WordPress and see if the emails are being logged as sent: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/check-email/

If they are, this sounds like it’s more an issue with your mail server’s permissions/setup than this plugin.
