Message doesn’t appear

    The block works but message doesnt appear.
    I am using limit login attempts reloaded plugin also if that helps to rectify the bug.

    This page crashes mysql for some reason, My aws console shows 100% hit as soon as I try to visit that page.

    After removing limit login attempts reloaded, this plugin works. How can I keep both?
