Will you check to make sure the campaign has at least one Email Service Provider (ESP) Integration? If you don’t have an ESP platform you’re working with yet you can connect it with Monster Leads to store submitted leads within your OptinMonster account directly: https://optinmonster.com/docs/connect-monster-leads-optinmonster/

I’m not seeing any campaigns embedded on the homepage of the site.
Can you check that it’s published in the OptinMonster WordPress plugin?

My apologies; you’ll need to be sure to publish the campaign also through the OptinMonster WordPress plugin.
This can be done by navigating to the WordPress admin > OptinMonster > Campaigns screen, locate the campaign in the list and change the status to Published there.

Following up on this, it looks like you were able to successfully publish the campaign through the OptinMonster WordPress plugin. I’m seeing it appear from the front-end of the site now like this: https://a.supportally.com/i/Anp00b
Would you be sure to use a brand new Incognito window each time you test it’s appearance.
