    Hello,
    my backups are not done the following message is sent to me by email:

    hmm could you exclude the folder backupwordpress-791d716d20-backups from the backup list or just remove it then try again?

    To exclude folder, in your BackWPUp job -> go to Files tab -> tick on the folder backupwordpress-791d716d20-backups

    Hello @yvesrizzon

    Recommend checking your php.ini file. In php.ini, the upload_max_filesize may be smaller than the file you’re attempting to upload.

    Can use please increase your upload_max_filesize, memory_limit, and post_max_size on your server to a medium or highest setting?

    Also, maybe you are running a 32-bit version of PHP, which got a file size limit to less than 2GB, if so, please contact your hoster and ask for a PHP 64-bit upgrade, the upgrade will not affect your site functionality ^^
