    Site says down for maintenance and there’s no password field.

    What you are describing is always going to be a theme CSS issue.

    Sorry. I scrapped this plugin and used Contact Form 7. While I like VFB, contact form 7 took the style of my theme out of the box where VFB did not. Thanks for the reply though.
