Message issue

Hey,
I am facing issue regarding the message. After placing my email and hitting the subscribe button the page reloads and doesn’t show any kind of message regarding subscription.
I’ve enable the option from backend i.e after successful subscription the form will hide but it doesn’t goes with that flow too.
