    Hello,

I always check on an old friend’s website and keep it in good shape. WP now shows me the following in the recommended improvements:
“The scheduled event, nextgen_admin_notifications_update, is running too late. Your website is still working, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates is not working as intended.”

The site is up to date, no update is open as far as I can see. Where should I look for the problem?

    Thanks
    Marc

  • Hi @1fallenangel1,

    Thanks for reaching out,

Could you please try once re-installing the NextGEN Gallery plugin and check if the issue gets fixes or not! I suggest you download a fresh copy of the latest NextGEN Gallery and, then replace the one from your site’s Dashboard > Plugins > Add new plugin > Upload plugin > Choose File (with the files’ override when being asked) to see if that’ll fix the issue?

Re-installing NextGEN Gallery wouldn’t affect your existing galleries.

Let me know the updates and I will get back to you.

    Thanks!
