If agent clicks “edit” at a reply in already closed ticket, eg. to update a link or fix typo or similar, a message “No TinyMCE instance …” appears: http://i.imgur.com/HydbYAe.png

To edit somehing, the ticket has to be reopened, then edit, then closed again, which triggers a new closed message to client.

    Hi:

I just tried that on our servers (three different servers actually) – unfortunately I’m not able to duplicate that error. What version of Awesome Support does this occur on?

    Thanks very much!

Version 3.3.4, login as agent, have a ticket with replies of this agent, close ticket, go to tickets-list, edit ticket, in ticket click “edit” at one reply: http://i.imgur.com/47SCPjC.png -> http://i.imgur.com/HydbYAe.png

Maybe other plugins add a TinyMCE on the page on your servers, make sure all non-AS plugins are disabled.
