received the following when trying to activate plugin:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘TYPE=MyISAM’ at line 9 on line: 1471

It might be another of your installed plugin causing it.

None of this plugin file exceeds 1000 lines and this plugin doesn’t create a table which I think what the TYPE=MyISAM means.
