    Hi Michael,

    I purchased the add-on via BadgeOS website, there are some serious issues with this especially since the update for BadgeOS. The custom content message type isn’t working at all really, if you add any code/html/links etc etc it’s throwing the code back to the visual so looks like this for example in the visual.

    On top of this, for some reason the modal window is now also displaying the “comments box” that displays on the page.

    Any help would be appreciated thanks.

    A couple things, you have the Auto Messages forum available to you on Badgeos.org for premium support. It’s still me, and I do try to diligently reply there as well.

    Also, the download pdf you have didn’t seem to work at all, when I clicked on it, it sent me to some other website that looked completely unrelated. If you need, you can send some screenshots to [email protected] and I’ll look at them there and resume support on the forum here.
