If you recently updated Wise Chat plugin please refresh:
1) Any plugin that minifies or/and caches Javascript code on your website. We moved some part of the code to the static JS files.
2) Cache of your browser.

I would have to test this directly on your chat page to determine what is wrong. Please enable Debug mode in Wise Chat.

then in the menu go to wise chat option above. I changed the name so you could understand./
By the way, the debugging option was the one in advanced right?
