I am using Themes DNA HotWP Pro. It used to work on this site, but now messes up the layout of the posts so they are unusable. I have replaced CM Tooltip Glossary with WordPress Tooltips, which works just fine. I did like your plugin when it worked. I am not using any builders such as Elementor etc.
Thanks for answering! Again, I’m really sorry for the trouble, we’re doing our best to make our plugin work with as many themes/builders/plugins as possible and if conflicts happen to fix them as soon as possible.

I would be glad to give you 5 stars if you can fix this problem. From what I can tell CM Tooltippy was linking to pages that didn’t exist. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but that didn’t change anything. Somehow the bad links reappeared after I reinstalled it. If there is some way to clear out the old links, so that when I reinstall the plugin, it starts fresh. When I uninstall, it stores the old installation somewhere.
Let me answer both things:
1) To remove old items/options there are two buttons on top of the Settings screen
2) If the issue is with the broken links – then probably resetting the WordPress permalinks would work: https://wpastra.com/docs/how-to-refresh-wordpress-permalinks/
