Hi Joyanne, our plugin usually doesn’t have issues with the Customizr theme. Would it be possible that you activate it again so that we can see the issue (e.g. on Monday, when the developers are in the office)?
Sidebar is now working, but the icons for below the post aren’t there. I had accidentally left the old share plugin activated, so after deactivation and deletion, the Ultimate Social Media Icons still aren’t displaying.
Then I realized I hadn’t checked the YES button in question 7.
Sigh.
Whatever the reason was for the sidebar not displaying, it seems to have fixed itself. Still, it would be a good idea to go through the code on the page and see if there are any anomalies. I’m a Luddite when it comes to code (I know html and a little css and that’s it), so I can’t point to anything wrong.
Anyway, thanks for getting back to me. I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved, mostly b/c the display fixed itself for whatever reason. 😉
