Hey, I’ve been using Rank Math for a while but the meta description function is not working for my posts.

I’ve been waiting many months for Google to catch up, but it’s still the same.

Schema is turned on properly.

What could be the problem?

Please use the following tool to make sure that our plugin is applying the correct meta description to your posts: https://rankmath.com/tools/meta-tag-analyzer/

If the tool shows the correct description, then there is no issue on your end. Google has decided to show a different description and ignore the one set by you. Please check this guide to learn why they do this: https://rankmath.com/kb/different-meta-title-and-description/#meta-description-rewrites
