Hi,
It’s very well possible to insert custom fields into Message Template. It’s explained right there under the field. To use a custom field (like meta description) in your template, you need to know its name and then use {cf:field_name}. If you use any plugin for meta description, that plugin will have a name for the field.
For example {cf:_aioseop_description} etc.

Well, that refers to the Description field when you click Edit Snippet. If it’s some other field you want to send, please share a screenshot of that field.
If it’s the same field, I would suggest to set some delay in posting in Post to Telegram settings. Even half a minute delay should work fine.
