Meta description variables lowercase

Hi there!

I’m using the advanced variables for my meta description and they show up as intended, but right now it returns the variables as-is, including capitals.

I would like to keep these variables (or at least some) lowercase in the description. It isn’t optimal to change the variables themselves, as they wouldn’t use capitals on the main site that way.

Deze %%ct_property_type%% woning in %%ct_property_city%%, %%ct_property_state%% is %%ct_property_status%%! Met onder andere %%ct_property_feature%%.

Is this achievable? Thanks in advance!
