How do I change the bottom part of my website in Google Search (I think it’s called the meta?)

Say I have a fitness site called XFit

I want there to be a description on the bottom saying fitness routines, nutrition plans etc…

How do I do that with the Yoast SEO Plugin?

Using the meta description is the best way to suggest to google what to use there, but they change what lines they use for that based on what terms are being searched.

I understand that, but if people were Googling XFit I would want there to always say fitness routines, nutrition plans … … in the Meta, how can I do this?

Google decides what is displayed in those lines. There is no way for a webmaster to force it to always use specfic words. The best option that I know of is to put it in the meta description and hope they use it.
