Hi
Yes, this is possible: https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/developers/tipps-and-tricks#filter-the-pixel-managers-options-based-on-the-wpml-language
But,
1. Currently a bug in the Pixel Manager prevents this to work properly. Which distribution of the Pixel Manager are you using? Depending on the distribution I can provide you with a working beta. Did you get it from ww.wp.xz.cn or from woocommerce.com? Do you use the free or the pro version?
2. I personally wouldn’t change the pixel ID based on the language, but use the same Facebook account for all languages and use audiences to segregate the campaigns based on language. This prevents issues if visitors are switching from one language to another and then they are properly tracked across the entire site.

Hi Alekv,
I haven’t installed it yet—I was using GTM4WP, but it doesn’t support Facebook tracking, so I switched to PixelYourSite, which turned out to be completely buggy.
Having separate tracking for each language is far more effective for building audiences and running Advantage+ campaigns. Usually customers dont switch languages as we send them to proper website, unless they’re english speaking customer in Spain but that’s a niche.
Thanks for the quick response!
P.S. It’s great to see you rolled out tag management so swiftly. Do you have any plans to support Zaraz tracking next?
One more question: when a customer visits the site with a UTM code and then places an order, do you attach that UTM code to the order or the customer? I’m asking because it’s good to see UTM tracking displayed on the order page as well/have in history.

No.

No.
But, WooCommerce natively shows the source of the order based on UTM parameters.
And the Pro version of the Pixel Manager supports the data driven source attribution from GA4, which is even more accurate.
