The name of “Blogroll” you can change in the Admin section for Links. That’s the title of a Link category, you can change it.
The “Meta” section, at least if you’re not using Widgits in your sidebar, this name can be changed in WP Admin > Presentation > Theme Editor > Sidebar Template (sidebar.php).
For adding the Yahoo subscribe button, there is a nice plugin, I think it might be called Social Bookmarking Plugin or something like that. Find it in the Codex Plugins list.
