In this context, “marca (brand)” means “site title”. Branding (marca) helps search engine users quickly see who’s displaying the page content.

Identifica tu sitio en los títulos, pero de forma concisa. […] Una posible solución es incluir únicamente el nombre del sitio al principio o al final del título de todas las páginas separándolo del resto del contenido del título mediante un delimitador
This warning can be displayed when you tick this checkbox: “¿Eliminar el nombre del blog?”, and do not add back the site title elsewhere. Or, for the homepage, when you change the contents of “Meta título” at “Ajustes de portada” on page “Ajustes de SEO”.
