MetaSlider “Slideshow THeme” keeps loading | ww.wp.xz.cn

I have installed MetaSlider and added 1 slide.

On the right is “Slideshow Theme: Outline” – This just never finished loading – the spinner icon on the right just keeps spinning and never finishes.

When I click “Remove theme” – I get an error:

There was an error with your request. Reload the page and try again.

Then I refresh and start all over again.

Hi @whitsey

That file that is not found is a core MetaSlider file that needs to be there. You might just need to delete/reinstall the plugin for it to work.

If not, can you check the server that the file is actually there?
