Hi @ignacioj,
Apologies for the inconvenience! Please follow these steps to reset the permalink structure:
1. Reset the permalink following this video.
2. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
3. Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
Hope it will help.
Regards
Hi Abdullah and thanks for your response.
I followed your instructions and the Permalink alert is still there.
However, I didn’t tell you before that the forms work well. It’s just the alert permanently there.
Could it be something related to Woocommerce permalinks?
Is there something I missed?
Thanks.
Hi @ignacioj,
If you’re using the ‘Post Name’ permalink structure, the notice shouldn’t appear. It seems to be specific to your environment. Try clearing your cache if you’re using a caching plugin and see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, it may require a closer inspection of your site. Please feel free to reach out to our support forum through the plugin’s details page for further assistance.
