    Hello
    Is it possible for the Flexible Shipping method description to be added to the email sent to the customer when he orders a product?

    Hi @panso,

    Thanks for asking.

    We currently don’t have such feature built-in in our plugin. But WooCommerce itself already offers a lot of email customization. Therefore, you can add the general Flexible Shipping method description in the transactional email. Please check this article for details:

    Nevertheless, I added your idea to our feature list. We may add it in the future release.
