Methods Not appearing in dropdown

Added UPS and USPS and enabled both but the only available shipping methods are the included (Flat Rate, Free & Pickup) Screenshot
I have set this up before but it was before shipping zones came along and it worked no problem, I am also concerned about updating another site that uses Woo’s USPS extension as I tried that too just to see if it was a compatibility issue and that didn’t show up as a method either?
