Methods not Showing

    Hi, I bought the pro version, installed it, configured it, created the shipping method, created rules, it looks like I didn’t miss anything. The class are correct, values are any, country is Portugal, weights are correct, …, everything is ok, but nothing is shown at checkout! I have another plugin that calculates shipping based on weight (APG), and it works fine. I did disabled APG plugin, but it continues the same problem. I checked and re-checked, and everything is ok. I inspected the printed code at the checkout, and simply there’s no Li item respecting this plugin.
    It looks that something is not working, but I can’t see what it is.

    Can anyone help?

    I bought the Pro version, and I tried to contact support by filling the support form on website, but unfortunately when I submit the form an Internal Server Error happens!

    So I can’t contact anyone about my problem.

    Please help!

    This is the shipping method (all seems ok)

    This is zone Z3 shipping methods

    This is checkout, where WBS method does not show. You can see that the other two methods are shown. I Tried everything but no luck.

    Hi Tomas,

    Unfortunately, we are not allowed to support the Pro version in this forum.

    There was a temporary issue with the contact form which is fixed now. Could you try again?
