    Hi,

I have recently migrated my blog site from wp.com to wp.org via bluehost.
The visitor stats and insights have successfully moved via jetpack wp.com support.

However, I still do not see ‘likes’ reflected on each of my post. They seem to have gone. These are the stats valuable to me as a writer. Can you please help with this?

I have contacted my host and also changed template to see if there is any conflicting issue. please see the link for more information shared.

    Thank you.

    Hi @framesoflifeart

Likes are something that we are unable to transfer between sites. It is not possible to move Likes between sites as they as associated with the site URL. If the site URL changes, the Likes are reset.

To use a metaphor, moving a site is sort of like moving a house. Some things you can move– like your furniture, and some things you can’t, like the fireplace. Likes are more like a fireplace than a couch.

It’s sad to hear, but will accept this. Thank you.
