Migrate subscribers from .com to .org – | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hi there,
I’ve moved from WordPress.com to a self hosted site (littleredfrench.com) and Id like to move my subscribers over. I’ve tried following the support guide but my page doesn’t seem to have the migrate option, please can someone help.
