Migrate to Plesk

    I am struggeling to migrate from Runcloud managed Wegsites to Plesk (managing IONOS VPS). Any hints what it needs on Plesks side to make that happen?

    Via migration key is not working (no access to destination website)

    Manually putting the settings and going via SFTP with password (after allowing SSH for the Plesk system user of that temporary domain where the target app is installed) and directory set to just httpdocs seems to connect but provides error

    “Unable to access wpconfig file. Please check if WordPress is installed on the destination address. Also, check if you have permission to access the folder.”

    despite wpconfig file is existing there.

    Putting the full path to the plugins directory setting instead of httpdocs leads to an endless loop with final message:

    ““Failed to connect to your destination site …”

    Is there anything special how Plesk structures or handles WorPress sites to be considered, or anything else?
