Migrating from another plugin

    Hi,
    I was using the Add Meta Tags Plugin before I installed Yoast.
    Now, is there I way to transfer all the meta data I have on the older posts where I have used the Add Meta Tags to improve SEO?
    I am hoping I do not have to manually transfer or effect changes on every single post.
