Migrating from different platform

Hello everyone,

Got a big question with limit knowledge.
I want to export a portal with multiple blogs from bloghoster.net to the wordpress multisite sytem.

Is it possible and how to do this? There is a RSS export function but that leaves at least the users.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
