Thank you for the quick reply!

Are there any additional steps that need to be taken? I found a guide but it doesn’t say anything about moving from different OS systems.

    Hi @vikingscuba,

When you say “WordPress host” are you referring to wordpress.com or a specific host?

Hi, I’m referring to a specific host.
We are moving from one hosting company to another, so the site is now on a shared linux hosting server and will be moved to shared windows hosting.
I hope that helps to clarify it.
    Thank you!

If the shared windows host is running Apache webserver then you shouldn’t have to perform any changes. However, if they are using IIS as their web server then you may need to work with them to configure your web.config file after to the move to properly align the settings.

    Hope that helps~
