Migrating Site to self-hosted WordPress site of my own

    We currently have a website that was built on the WordPress platform by a CRM that we use for our real estate business (BoomTown). We are wanting to establish our own stand alone real estate website with an IDX plugin separate from the CRM. Is it possible to migrate the website we currently have with BoomTown to a standalone ww.wp.xz.cn site that we can then continue to build on?
