Migrating with SSP

The Podcast posts in SSP are just a custom post type, so following a procedure like this one (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-exportimport-custom-post-types-in-wordpress/) should allow you to both export and import your podcast episodes into your new hosting account.

Additionally something like BackupBuddy will create a full backup of your site that you can then import into the new site. I’ve done this a few times and it works pretty seamlessly.
