Migrating wordpress

I made a wordpress homepage. During the development the page was on url http://dev2.reklamfirman.com. Everything worked fine.
When I migrated the page to the correct url http://www.apricotstone.se I cant login in wordpress admin and the encoding is wrong.

When I migrated the page I transfered all the files through FTP. The database is the same. So no changes in wp-config.php. What could the problem be?
