The migration code has been removed in TablePress 1.10, so that you would need to first install TablePress 1.9.2 to perform the migration.
Could you please check which version of TablePress you are currently using? To download version 1.9.2, please use this link: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/tablepress.1.9.2.zip

it should be on the “Import” screen. If not, please also check the “Screen Options” tab (in the upper right corner of the screen). It might be possible that you have to toggle a checkbox there first, to see the section with the information for the migration.
If that still does not work, please get in touch by email (the address is on https://tablepress.org/impressum/) and I’ll take a direct look!

I see where it is asking me for an import source, select file, import format, add replace or append….but I do not see where it says import from wp-table reloaded.
