    Hi,

I’m having a problem while migrating from Yoast to SEOPress.

When I click on MIGRATE NOW I see the wheel in an infinite loop.

With the Google Chrome Console appear an error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1

    load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable,jquery-ui-draggable,jquery-u&load[]=i-slider,jquery-touch-punch,iris,wp-color-picker&ver=4.9.8:4 POST https://www.menteinformatica.it/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

How can I solve this problem? I bought the PRO version of SEOPress, and I look forward to use it!

    Thanks

    Hi,
open your browser console when you load the Tools page (SEO > Tools).
In console tab, do you see any errors (before doing anything)?

If yes, you have a plugin / theme that prevents the Ajax request to migrate your content. Try to disable / enable each plugin one by one to identify the problematic one.

PS: if you are a PRO user, please use the ticketing system from your customer account on seopress.org.

    Thanks

Already done, but nothing has changed.

Btw I’ll use the ticketing system on seopress.org

    Thank you
