Hi @madebystudio8 ,
There seems to be an issue with downloading the backup file, you can also test it out by pasting the backup link to your browser.
We have an alternate download method for backups, could you kindly give it a spin to see if then you are able to download the backup file?
Please carefully follow the steps below for each site.
On the site where you made the backup:
- Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
- Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
- Save that section
– No need to make new backup
Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
- Open “Other options” section as well
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save that section
- Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
- Try to run the migration again with the same URL
If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.
You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.
Let me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!
