Update to v1.4.1 which includes improvements to firewall rules.
WordFence is blocking our backup process from working.
Please go to WordFence settings and find setting that prevents .php file execution in wp-content or plugins directory.
Once you disable that preventive option, it should work properly.
If you can’t find that, you can temporarily disable WordFence for the time of backup.
