Hello @tetranet ,
Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Save “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
Once you do that, try to run your migration process using the same URL or file.
Let me know if that worked for you 🙂
Thank you! Thanks you but again :

Hello
It’s still not working. So, I tried to make a new backup and a new restoration. The restoration gets stuck at 24%. My backup file is 1.7 GB.

Hi @tetranet
It looks like your site struggled with file extraction, most likely due to limited I/O speed OR you don’t have enough space for the extracted files, in total you should have more than 7 GBs of free space.
It seems like your host provider does not return real/correct free storage space which tricks our plugin and allows the process to continue.
Please update the version to latest v1.4.3 and follow:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Find this option (and set the value there to 1000): https://prnt.sc/hr13YkRTSa9s
- Save “Other options” section
- Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
After that, you can start restoration again using the same backup file (not URL, as the file is already downloaded).
Make sure you have at least 7 GBs of free space before you run it. Above option should decrease resource usage and allow the process to run longer which should prevent it from failing for the same reason unless there is no space for the files.
For your hosting provider or dev team, here’s the error your web server returns which cancels our backup process:
503 Backend fetch failed Error 503 Backend fetch failed Backend fetch failed Guru Meditation: XID: 152185161 Varnish cache serverLet me know if that resolves your issue 🙂
Thank you!Hello @tetranet ,
We haven’t heard from you since, so I’ll assume that the issue is resolved and will close this support thread. If you face any new issues, please feel free to open a new thread.
