• Dear support, I ve been asked to make a migration, but is was not successfull 100 %, only 500 on 560, and I cannot open events any more. I cannot edit them neither add one.

    Can you help on this ?

    Thanks for reaching out. Let me assist you with this one.

    Could you double check if you’re using the latest versions of our plugins? Once done, check if that resolves the issue.

    Alternatively, if you have created a backup before your the migrationn, I recommend you restore that for now if possible. Once done, please try cloning your website and run a migration from there first by following the steps below:

    1. Update to the latest versions of The Events Calendar.
    2. Remove any un-needed draft events and empty the Trash.
    3. Activate only our plugins and use the 2021 theme.
    4. Make sure server-side caching is disabled temporarily while you’re migrating your events.
    5. Install and activate the Code Snippets plugin.
    6. Add this snippet and run it once (be sure it does not stay activated).
    7. Go to Events > Settings > Upgrades and go through the migration process.
