Fault lies with the server, not this plugin

Hi @noeline8lcs
My huge apologies for delayed reply, we’re intensively working on new version, which causes some delays in free support there.
Thank you for confirmation, in case you found different solution, let me tell you what our plugin spotted as the issue inside debug code.
Overall everything seem to be fine, but our plugin was unable to read or create files inside site directory due to open_basedir directive inside php.ini configuration, path of the server was outside allowed path.
Seems like the configuration was moved from different domain without adjustments.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you 🙂
Thank you!
